Senior Project Specialist

  • Key Role:

The Senior Project Specialist will play a pivotal role in the planning and delivery of a significant work program, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this position will be instrumental in the successful execution of a major office accommodation management procurement project with a strong focus on contract transition and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support a major office accommodation management procurement project, leveraging change management expertise to drive seamless transitions.
  2. Effectively manage project parameters to ensure timely delivery, high-quality outputs, and effective risk management throughout all project phases.
  3. Support and manage effective project and procurement risk management through all project phases, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  4. Provide secretariat support for Steering committees and working group forums, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented discussions.
  5. Develop and implement a comprehensive change and communication plan for smooth contract transition, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supporting project and change management for complex commercial procurements, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  2. Proven change management expertise, including developing and implementing comprehensive change and communication strategies that drive desired outcomes.
  3. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  4. Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  5. Knowledge and experience in supporting complex commercial procurement projects, with a deep understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
