Senior Corporate Development Specialist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing financial models and valuation analyses to support M&A transactions
  • Preparing key internal transaction governance papers and external marketing materials
  • Project managing and coordinating due diligence activities, including managing stakeholder expectations
  • Preparing corporate strategy materials for senior executives and the board
Requirements
  • Proven track record in M&A/Corporate Finance, with experience in investment banking, corporate finance advisory, or corporate development
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to conduct complex financial due diligence analysis and modelling
  • Demonstrated success engaging and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
