Job Description: As the Assistant Director at Goodstart North Sydney - West Street, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate educators in a vibrant early childhood setting. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education
  • A current Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one
  • Experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
