About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rental Operations Agent. As a key member of our operations, you will be involved in all aspects of our business, interacting with customers, promoting our brand, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • You'll work face-to-face with our customers, marketing our products and services, completing rental bookings, inspecting vehicles for damages, and assisting with vehicle cleaning.

In this role, you'll have the chance to develop your skills in:

  • Customer interaction and relationship-building
  • Rental transactions, contracts, and bookings
  • Vehicle inspection and maintenance
What We're Looking For

We're seeking applicants with:

  • A valid full driver's license
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Comfortable learning and using computer systems to accurately input rental information
