Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality learning development and support to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective learning support services to students
  • Develop and promote academic support resources
  • Manage peer-assisted groups and workshops
  • Consult with students to improve their academic literacy and strengthen their learning and understanding

Requirements:

  • Possession of a degree in learning support, psychology, education, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in delivering effective learning support services to students
  • Comprehensive understanding of the range of services available through a learning advisory
  • Proficient in English with strong grammar, academic writing, and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable about electronic resources utilised in teaching and learning
