Job Title: Academic Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Academic Support Professional to join our team in supporting the development of academic programs and training initiatives.

  • Assist the Academic Manager in managing trainers, assessing program quality, and developing resources for students.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and courses on the e-Learning platform (Moodle).
  • Maintain effective relationships with trainers, assessors, and students.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector compliance.
  • Understanding of training packages, ASQA, RTO 2015, and ESOS National Code.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
