Job Opportunity

The National Art School is seeking an experienced academic leader to oversee the development and implementation of learning and teaching activities across higher education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, working closely with department heads to lead curriculum design, staff management, and resource development.
  • Develop innovative curricula, manage departmental staff, and create engaging learning resources.
  • Lead artistic and scholarly initiatives, maintaining a strong track record of original contributions to scholarship, research, and teaching.
  • Oversee higher education programs, aligning with strategic priorities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Commitment to academic excellence with inclusive pedagogies.
  • Substantial experience in academic leadership, course design, and curriculum development in Fine Arts or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing teaching and learning policy and practice.
  • Extensive knowledge of best-practice standards in course development and delivery.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
