As a customer service expert, you will provide genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers. You will have superstar selling skills that contribute to sales performance, build effective customer relationships, and be an expert to talk to.
You will be a team player, contributing towards store success, maintaining exceptional presentation and merchandising standards, and having a safety mindset to constantly strive for a safe work environment.
The successful individual will be a passionate customer service expert with previous retail and/or customer service experience, with the physical capacity to perform duties, including handling products of a heavy nature. They must hold a valid driver's licence and be available to work weekdays and be flexible to work other days if requested on call.
