Medical Support Role
">This is an opportunity for a customer service expert to join our clinic as a Medical Receptionist in a part-time capacity. The role involves managing phone enquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
About The Position
">This position is available on a 4-day week contract for 12 months. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Front of house reception and greeting patients upon arrival
- Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers
- Issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required
- Entering and updating patient registration details
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area
