Dedicated Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our Frontline Team Leaders and State Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient operations across our VIC clinics.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and switched-on customer service/admin professional to step into a permanent full-time position and take their career to the next level.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high levels of customer service and client care across the region
- Assist with rostering and arranging/providing cover where required
- Support and increase the efficiency of clinic operations across the region
- Provide training and general support to the Client Care team
- Assist with local area marketing event planning and logistics
- Act as 3IC for the region
- Solid experience in client care and administration, ideally in a multi-site environment (healthcare related experience highly regarded)
- Flexibility and a hands-on and agile approach
- Ability to travel between clinics
- Good people skills and ambition & potential to step into a future leadership role
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
