Delivering Exceptional Customer ServiceWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. As a key member of the service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.
- To deliver outstanding customer service, respond promptly to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- To work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous experience in an A La Carte restaurant setting.
- A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
