Dedicated Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.
The role will involve working closely with customers to resolve their queries, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all customer interactions are documented correctly.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of personal and professional integrity when dealing with customers, and treat all customers with empathy, respect and consideration.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of an undergraduate degree in any stream and at least one year of experience in a BPO or related industry. Experience in Telecom & Collections would be an added advantage.
