The Structural Heart Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our structural heart program.

Responsibilities include arranging patient work-ups, presenting to the heart team, scheduling procedures, and providing education to patients and families.

  • Clinical assessment and prioritization of tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Cath lab experience is desirable
  • Previous experience in data entry is also desirable
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a critical care environment is required

Key Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual who can effectively coordinate clinical activities and provide exceptional support to staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical assessment skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Our successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a critical care environment, current registration with AHPRA, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Cath lab experience and previous data entry experience are highly desirable but not essential.
