Clinical Care Director

Stride Hub is a community mental health and wellbeing service for adults, their families and carers offering access to integrated care and support to improve recovery outcomes.
The Clinical Manager role provides clinical leadership and management. This role focuses on the day-to-day delivery of quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and direction
- Ensure high-quality care delivery
- Implement and meet clinical governance and compliance standards
- Support innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Must have one of the following: Full registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
- Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice
- Demonstrated ability to undertake assessments, provide counselling, and assist clients to access necessary services
- Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including coordination of care for adults and their families
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with individuals, advocate on their behalf, and establish effective relationships with staff, participants, carers, and stakeholders
