Our Service:
Stride Hub is a community mental health and wellbeing service for adults, their families and carers that offers access to integrated care and support to improve recovery outcomes.Participants can access a range of community mental health support services; clinical mental health services; care coordination and NDIS supports.The service also offers full DBT clinical and DBT skills building interventions to the community.
Role overview:
The Clinical Manager role has responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership and management. The focus of this role is on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met, as well as supporting innovation and quality improvement to ensure evidence-based outcomes for people accessing the service.

- Permannet, part-time opportunity available (23 hours per week, option of either 4 or 5 working days per week)

Requirements:
- Must have one of the following: Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
- Knowledge and understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions and clinical practice as well as demonstrated excellence in the practical application of such, in the areas of mental health and alcohol and drug use.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake assessment and initial screening activities to determine client care needs, provide counselling, produce assessment reports and assist clients to access necessary services.
- Demonstrated expertise in the management of a multi-disciplinary service delivery team including the ability to lead the coordination of care for adults, and their families
- Highly developed communication (including written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with individuals, advocate on their behalf and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, participants, carers and stakeholders
- Good computer skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office applications and the capacity to learn how to use a new clinical software package.
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC
- Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance
- Must have a Drivers License
