Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The role involves coordinating group travel arrangements for customers and managing supplier communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with suppliers to secure group travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution of customer itineraries.
  • Manage inbound and outbound supplier communications, as well as customer travel documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth group travel arrangements, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Communicate booking information to external operators, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
  • Finalize and send final travel documentation to customers, ensuring timely delivery and complete satisfaction.
  • Assist with customer and group booking emergencies, providing swift and effective resolution.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in customer service, event management, tourism, business or administration, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated experience using Excel or Google Sheets, with proficiency in data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks under pressure and meeting deadlines.
