The Client Success team is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
As a key member of this team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business priorities and identify opportunities for value creation.
You will build strong relationships with senior-level executives and junior professionals across various business functions and companies, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing client relationships to drive retention and growth
- Providing strategic guidance on Gartner services and capabilities
- Collaborating with internal colleagues to deliver high-value outcomes for clients
Requirements for success in this role include:
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience and/or internship
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
