What makes Gartner a great place to work?
We're recognized worldwide as a great place to work year after year. We've been recognized by Fortune as one of the World's Most Admired Companies, named a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index and a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion by the Disability Equality Index. Our teams are composed of individuals from different geographies, cultures, religions, ethnicities, races, genders, sexual orientations, abilities and generations. In our collaborative and supportive culture, you'll make deep connections with colleagues, clients and the communities in which we live and work. You'll have the autonomy to get your work done with the flexibility you need to achieve your best.

About the role:
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, and individuals in this role ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates seek to understand and surface client's business priorities, breakdown challenges, and identify the most effective ways to support the client in making the right decisions for their business. They are responsible for articulating Gartner value to prospective clients, onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement of products.

New Client Engagement (NCE), a part of our Client Success Organization, is a fast-paced, dynamic business unit focused on providing the highest level of service to prospects and clients. NCE is made up of two functions: Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough for prospects.

The Client Onboarding role focuses on providing a customized experience for new and upgraded clients. The Insights Platform Walkthrough team provides pre-sale demonstrations of Gartner resources, including our platform, to prospects as a part of the sales process.

The NCE team utilizes Gartner assets, coupled with our platform, to provide a valuable client experience that starts with a prospect demonstration by an NCE Insights Platform Walkthrough specialist, moves to an extensive client onboarding experience by an NCE Client Onboarding Specialist and transitions seamlessly to a service delivery associate for ongoing support.

You'll apply strategic thinking and relationship building to help executives solve their most pressing business challenges. You will understand their critical initiatives, align Gartner research and expertise, and help contribute to Gartner's growth.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license. Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients.
  • Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact.
  • Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner's renowned products and services. Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible
  • Well defined time management and organizational skills

What you will get:

  • Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K matching and more
  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity
  • Professional development and unlimited growth opportunities
