Drive Client Success

This pivotal role involves leading campaign planning and execution, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive successful lead generation campaigns.
- Act as the voice of the client within our organization, ensuring their needs are clearly represented to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver campaign debriefs and performance insights to clients.
- Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews with senior client contacts.
- Identify and secure support for growth opportunities across client accounts.
- Collaborate with our Sales Operations team to ensure seamless communication and delivery across all campaign touchpoints.
- An individual with at least 2 years of similar Account Management experience in the ICT sector (preferably as a SDR or Vendor Manager) is preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - clear, confident, and persuasive.
- A self-starter with high energy and personal drive.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on goals and performance metrics.
