Account Management SpecialistAbout the Role

This pivotal role involves leading campaign planning and execution, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Act as the voice of the client within our organization, ensuring their needs are clearly represented to internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver campaign debriefs and performance insights to clients.
  • Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews with senior client contacts.
  • Identify and secure support for growth opportunities across client accounts.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Operations team to ensure seamless communication and delivery across all campaign touchpoints.
Requirements
  • An individual with at least 2 years of similar Account Management experience in the ICT sector (preferably as a SDR or Vendor Manager) is preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - clear, confident, and persuasive.
  • A self-starter with high energy and personal drive.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on goals and performance metrics.
