Your Role:
You'll be an integral part of our Project Management team, leading complex projects to successful completion. Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and standardising Project Operational Procedure (PrOP) documents and tools across the organisation. You will manage capability uplift projects and support continuous improvement efforts as needed.
About You:
With proven experience in resolving complex problems, you excel at managing and engaging stakeholders. Your solid understanding of project management priorities enables you to effectively handle project scopes, schedules, and stakeholder interactions.
Familiarity with various project management methodologies is expected. A Diploma in Project Management is desirable, but it's your hands-on experience that truly counts. We're looking for someone proactive, well-organised, and an excellent communicator, ready to enhance our project management capabilities.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
