About Us
We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide support services in the Wagga Wagga area and its surroundings.
Your role will involve assisting a diverse range of clients, including those with aged care needs, with daily living activities and providing support in their homes.
Our aim is to deliver high-quality care that promotes independence and allows clients to live at home.
- Promote client choice and positive routines in accordance with our service delivery model.
- Work set time blocks and patterns.
- Drive client vehicles as required.
- Support clients proactively to enhance their life choices.
- Report changes in clients' health and care plans.
- Stay updated on policies and procedures via email and other methods.
- Maintain own health and safety and that of others.
- Protect client rights and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Completion of Certificate III in Individualised Support or equivalent.
- Current full driver's license.
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate & CPR.
- Reliable motor vehicle and valid registration.
- Smart mobile device.
- NDIS Clearance (willingness to obtain).
- Police Clearance within 6 months.
- Internet access and computer experience.
- Genuine desire to serve the community.
