Leadership Opportunity for Experienced Educators

We are seeking a qualified and experienced leader to join our team as a Director/Nominated Supervisor.

This role offers the ideal opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and development of our early learning service.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Oversee health and safety, wellbeing, and risk management across the service.
  • Act as the Responsible Person on site, ensuring effective communication with families and external agencies.
  • Service planning, quality improvement, and community engagement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role, and as a Nominated Supervisor
  • Thorough knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and childhood legislation
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and mentoring skills
  • Current certifications in WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection
