Logistics Operations Role

This key position focuses on logistics coordination from overseas to Australian centers and customers. Main objectives include efficient transport, storage, and timely delivery of goods. Key tasks involve shipping execution, shipment tracking, import/export compliance assurance, and financial-related duties.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping Execution:

  • Verify shipping documents with the team, including invoices, packing lists, and other necessary papers.
  • Process received goods according to company procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
  • Manage daily orders and perform pick-and-pack services based on customer requirements, maintaining item integrity and safety.
  • Arrange transportation providers for smooth pickups and deliveries.
  • Check invoices and submit them for international and domestic freight forwarders.

Shipment Status Tracking:

  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with transportation providers to resolve any delays or issues related to shipments.

Import/Export Compliance Assurance:

  • Maintain accurate customs records and documentation, ensuring proper audit trails.
  • Perform regular audits to identify areas for improvement in customs processes and implement corrective actions.

Financial-Related Tasks:

  • Verify billing accuracy to ensure correct payments.
  • Apply payments in the system for timely settlements with service providers.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics, customs affairs, or relevant fields.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, data analysis abilities, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work as a team player with a 'can-do' attitude and flexibility to take on new roles.
Working Hours
