Logistics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced logistics specialist to support the Warehousing & Logistics Manager Pacific in a fast-paced, dynamic role. This pivotal position ensures seamless processing of imported finished goods, maintaining compliance, and coordinating logistics activities for domestic operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate receival of imported goods into 3PL warehouse, ensuring AQIS and AU Customs compliance.
  • Monitor and forecast shipments and deliveries, addressing scheduling or capability issues with stakeholders.
  • Manage co-packers and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with AU Customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support inventory replenishment between Sydney and Melbourne warehouses, ensuring timely order dispatch.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Logistics.
  • Strong ERP systems experience (e.g., JDE or SAP).
  • Customer service focus with friendly and helpful communication style.
  • Solutions-focused mindset.
  • Analytical skills using Excel with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with export/import documentation and legislation.
