Responsibilities
  • Grow a high-performing media team and drive success in SEM and overall digital product.
  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships, delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver day-to-day activities and drive results.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies with a focus on search; train and upskill teams on performance best practices.
  • Deliver exceptional SEM and performance media products as part of a thriving agency.

Requirements
  • At least 8+ years' experience in search marketing
  • Performance media strategy, including audits, forecasting, and channel recommendations
  • Experience with search and overall performance media reporting — analyse data, make optimisation decisions, and clearly articulate results to clients
  • Proficiency in relevant optimisation software (e.g., SA360)
  • Highly analytical disposition and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience mentoring and training staff on performance media

Key Skills
  • Understanding of performance ad platforms and bid management tools (e.g., Ads Manager, SA360, DV360)
  • Google and Bing accredited
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Ability to set up tracking and conversion goals on website backend
  • Problem solving & critical thinking
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Highly productive
