Technical Support Assistant

Casual technical assistants are required to provide operational support to teaching staff and students at the campus. They will explore new ways to assist with campus-based delivery in fine arts and digital media sections, enhancing the learning experience for students.

About the Role

We seek talented technical assistants to support fine arts and digital media teaching sections at the Hunter Street Campus. The role requires assisting teaching staff with classroom resources and delivering sessions to students.

They will be responsible for maintaining software updates, stock control, and work areas to ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity. Timely and efficient support is necessary for achieving high customer service standards.

The positions are casual with hourly rates between $33.20 - $41.46 per hour.

About You

You will provide high standards of customer service and take pride in accuracy and timeliness. Experience in day-to-day activities like stores administration and stock control is essential.

The key requirements include:

  • Holding a Certificate III in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills and knowledge.
