Territory Sales Manager

This is an exciting chance for a recent graduate or early-career professional to join a highly successful and passionate team within a global organisation.
As part of this varied role, you will be responsible for executing account and brand plans across a geographical territory of retail supermarkets (Independent Grocery, Coles, and Woolworths).
Your key objectives will be to maximise ranging, implement category-focused layouts, and secure discretionary off-location displays to drive sales through market-leading brand executions.
Your role will be to contribute significantly to the achievement of budgeted sales and profit objectives for the Company through the effective management of your designated geographic territory of retail supermarkets.
As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the Melbourne region, incorporating the East/Southeast (Burwood, Dandenong, Narre Warren, Yarra Glen, Healesville, and the Dandenongs).
You will be provided with the essential tools of trade, including a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop.
This 12-month contract opportunity will see you gain valuable training and development within a global organisation with reputable, well-known brands.

You will also have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Marketing or similar.
- Customer service or sales experience gained within a retail or supermarket environment.
- Passionate about problem-solving and challenges.
- A friendly and approachable personality.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy, ever-changing role.
