About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our exceptional team at Stryker Australia Pty Ltd. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Queensland territory, strategically promoting and selling the Sports Medicine product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales revenue in the Queensland territory through effective sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide product training and support to customers, and ensure that they are aware of the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product development teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the Sports Medicine product portfolio.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
