Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Bus Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of bus fleets at our depot.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced technicians in constructing and repairing metal bus bodies and trailers using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform accident repairs and fleet refurbishments, ensuring vehicles meet high safety standards.
  • Inspect and maintain buses to ensure they meet presentation standards.
  • Identify, report and repair vehicle defects in a timely manner.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A proven track record in automotive or mechanical experience, including the use of related hand and power tools.
  • A current driver's license and willingness to upgrade to a higher license if required.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a focus on TAFE study and industry certifications.
  • Excellent computer skills, with the ability to accurately record maintenance information.
