About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional workmanship and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose damaged suspension parts and mechanical components
  • Dismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension parts
  • Quality control and inspection of vehicles
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure they meet quality repair standards
  • Perform wheel alignments
  • Carry out system updates to diagnostic computers and wheel alignment computers when necessary
  • Label parts and store
  • Check new parts are correct and undamaged
  • Perform any adaptations based on completed diagnoses
  • Clean work bay and workshop areas
About You:
  • You hold experience and training as a qualified Mechanic (essential)
  • You possess a strong commitment to safety
  • You have a desire to grow and build skills
  • You exhibit good attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, with junior-mid experienced tradespeople earning $60-$80k, mid-senior tradespeople earning $80k-$100k, and the opportunity to earn a production bonus.
