Looking for a dynamic role with flexibility in bus air conditioning and servicing?

Maintenance technicians are essential to our fleet, ensuring buses and commercial vehicles remain cool and comfortable across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on bus A/C systems
  • Diagnose and fix A/C issues - compressors, blowers, condensers, electrical faults, you name it
  • Perform pressure tests, evacuations, and recharging of A/C units, all in line with environmental regulations
  • Swap out faulty parts quickly and efficiently
  • Work closely with operations and workshop teams to minimize vehicle downtime
  • Maintain your tools and workspace to industry standards
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Automotive HVAC (or equivalent)
  • ArcTick licence for refrigerant handling is required
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals
  • Basic electrical knowledge is highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and team player mindset
  • Current driver's license is necessary

Our ideal candidate will be skilled in maintaining complex A/C systems, diagnose and troubleshoot faults quickly and effectively.
