This role involves supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey with a patient-centric approach, ensuring seamless interactions and administrative tasks are managed efficiently.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage referrals, send booking links, confirm appointments, and handle cancellations.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and SMS within designated timeframes and send reminders for pathology updates and referrals.
- Document patient records, upload forms and approval letters, maintain accurate reports, and correct errors in documents.
- Collaborate closely with team members to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and identify issues impacting patient experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of six months' experience in healthcare administration is required for this position.
