Job Role Summary

  • Responsibilities:

    • Document patient records, upload forms and approval letters, maintain accurate reports, and correct errors in documents.
    • Collaborate closely with team members to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and identify issues impacting patient experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of six months' experience in healthcare administration is required for this position.
