Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in structuring transactions: preparing credit submissions, utilizing financial modelling where necessary and making recommendations to senior management and Credit.
  • Monitor and maintain a risk profile through adherence to compliance requirements of client portfolios, ensuring high standards of portfolio hygiene.
  • Manage workflow between key stakeholders: Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams, delivering seamless client experiences.
  • Proactively identify new clients, generate valuable client insights and business opportunities for Client Coverage.
  • Coach Associates and junior team members through exemplary behaviours and leadership by example.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in transaction structuring and risk management.
