We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Corporate Conduct Investigator to join our team at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).

As a valued member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our disciplinary panels, investigating professional conduct complaints and breaches of the Code of Ethics.

You will be responsible for preparing matters for committee meetings and disciplinary proceedings, communicating with relevant parties on complaints and progress, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical obligations.

In addition, you will assist in training disciplinary panel members and contribute to innovative and efficient processes within our teams.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in legal practice and experience working in complaints or a regulatory environment.

You should possess excellent analytical and business communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines under pressure.

A high level of confidentiality and professionalism is essential, as is your ability to adapt easily to changing circumstances.
