About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Investigator to join our team, responsible for investigating professional conduct complaints and breaches of the Code of Ethics.


About You


To succeed in this role, you will have a background in legal practice, experience working in complaints or a regulatory environment, and strong analytical and business communication skills.


Key Responsibilities



  • Investigate complaints initiated by the Professional Conduct Committee and members of the public
  • Prepare matters for committee meetings and disciplinary proceedings
  • Communicate with relevant parties on complaints and progress
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations
  • Assist in training disciplinary panel members
