About the Role:
- You will investigate complaints initiated by the Professional Conduct Committee and members of the public.
- Prepare matters for committee meetings and disciplinary proceedings.
- Communicate with relevant parties on complaints and progress.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations.

- You have a background in legal practice.
- Experience working in complaints or a regulatory environment is essential.
- You possess strong analytical and business communication skills.
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism is required.
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
