Job Overview:

Braze is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

This role requires a strong strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective project management strategies, monitor and control expenses, improve team productivity, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with the company's objectives.
  • Team Management and Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve goals and exceed targets.
  • Expense Monitoring and Control: Maintain strict financial controls and monitor expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Tactical Thinking: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficient in using project management tools and software to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
