Senior Rehabilitation Team Leader

As a Senior Rehabilitation Team Leader at Acumen Health, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals in delivering exceptional services in workplace health, injury management, and safety.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and development opportunities for your team members
- Developing relations and providing account management within the Australian Defence Force, DVA, and other customer portfolios
- Implementing, monitoring, and reviewing rehabilitation plans to maintain high quality standards
- Leading by example, managing your own case load of clients
- Achieving business, human capital, and financial goals for the team

Key requirements for this role include:
- Degree qualified in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social work, or Nursing
- Full professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, or AASW)
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience
- Business acumen
- Demonstrated leadership qualities as an emerging or accomplished leader
- Strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes
