The fast-growing firm has a large customer base across Australia, offering you hands-on experience during the IT Support Internship. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to provide assistance and support to clients, ensuring all IT infrastructure and network systems run smoothly.

IT Support Internship Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal performance of key client computer systems, including hardware and software applications, with a focus on Microsoft Applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • Provide technical assistance with hardware and software to all end users in the workplace.
  • Log bugs and enhancement requests.
  • Resolve IT Support issues via phone, in person, and electronically.
  • Maintain the job ticket system and liaise with L2 support to escalate complex issues.
