About this Role

This role plays a pivotal part in contributing to the success of the City by leading the planning and coordination of long-term Capital Works Projects.

You'll align investments with strategic goals, ensuring projects are well-scoped, budgeted, and prioritized for efficient delivery.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Aligning capital program planning with the City's strategic direction.
  • Leading annual reviews of the 10-Year Capital Works Program.
  • Providing evidence-based advice and performance reporting.
  • Collaborating across teams to streamline planning and delivery.
  • BUILDING STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS to advocate for community outcomes.

You're a proactive and detail-oriented professional with technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative energy to deliver impactful infrastructure projects. You bring a mix of project management skills, infrastructure knowledge, and hands-on experience in capital works planning, construction management, or infrastructure delivery.

Your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will be highly valued as you work across teams to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
