Job Title: Infrastructure Asset Manager
Description:
Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Infrastructure Asset Manager. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our civil infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate asset condition and performance; recommend and scope remedial works
- Assist with planning and implementation of civil infrastructure maintenance programs
- Manage external contractors and suppliers in line with contract specifications and standards
- Provide technical engineering support across teams for planning, capital works, and emergency response
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication on projects
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in investigation, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of road, drainage, coastal, and public infrastructure assets
- Familiarity with local government standards, regulations, and contract management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
