Our Infrastructure, Assets & Places (IAP) group seeks talented individuals who share our purpose of building a better Australia through the planning, procurement, delivery and optimisation of infrastructure, assets and places.
Your Opportunity

We are seeking candidates from Consultant to Director level, and we support clients across a range of service offerings including:
- Planning, Infrastructure and Economics
Our Planning & Infrastructure Economics team helps plan cities and regions for now and the future by prioritising projects that address immediate and long-term requirements and generate sustainable community benefits. - Commercial Advisory & Transactions
Our Commercial Advisory and Transactions team provides specialist commercial and financial advice, and tailored transaction management to major infrastructure projects. We support clients with strategic, commercial and financial advice, business cases and feasibility studies, contract and commercial negotiations, and financial analysis and modelling. - Project and Program Delivery
Our Project and Program Delivery team partners with clients to increase success in developing and delivering major infrastructure projects and programs. We provide integrated project management, project controls, planning and design, contract compliance and assurance, using data-driven tools and practical project support services. - Engineering and Asset Management
Our Engineering and Asset Management team offers a holistic approach to managing infrastructure assets, balancing cost, risk and performance to deliver better financial and customer outcomes. We take a data-first approach to asset management, linking business strategy and operational action.

- You are a people-person who communicates infrastructure, assets, and places insights to both subject-matter experts and clients.
- You have a can-do attitude and seek creative solutions with the right technical tools and a supportive team.
- You are confident in project management environments with the ability to manage projects from start to finish, including establishing project details, performance measurement baselines, milestones, work breakdown structures and resource planning.
Your Experience

- Planning, Infrastructure and Economics
Experience providing strategic advice, forecasting demand or shaping investment decisions in social infrastructure, transport or energy projects; experience in infrastructure investment planning, economic analysis, regulatory economics, feasibility planning, quantitative analysis, data science, econometrics or model development, demand modelling and forecasting, and infrastructure upgrades.
Tertiary qualifications in economics, engineering, planning, mathematics, statistics, computer science, commerce, business, law, or other relevant areas. - Commercial Advisory & Transactions
Experience delivering strategic, financial, transactional or commercial advice for major infrastructure projects, complex procurements, strategy or transaction advisory across transport, social infrastructure, real estate, energy or resources.
Professional experience in a Chartered Accounting firm, law firm, management consultancy, engineering consultancy, corporate advisory, investment bank, project finance team of a bank, infrastructure fund, construction firm or government.
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or similar fields. - Project and Program Delivery
Qualifications in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical), Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management.
Experience in a Project Management/Controls/Risk/Planning function with cost, risk, schedule or change experience and skills in Project Controls implementation and management.
Knowledge of best practice Project Management, Project Controls and Risk/Contingency Management (e.g., PMBOK, Total Cost Management AACE, ISO 31000, RES Contingency Guideline). - Engineering and Asset Management
Qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, Reliability or Project Management.
Experience building asset management capabilities to optimise assets and realise value.
Exposure with different clients across sectors including defence, infrastructure and energy.

Salary ranges: $60k - $250k+ depending on level of experience. Employment types include Casual, Max-Term Full-Time, Max-Term Part-Time, Permanent Full-Time & Permanent Part-Time.
