Asset Management Specialist

Critical liaison role with flexible work arrangements allows for up to 2 days of remote work per week.

The primary responsibility is to manage landside infrastructure assets at various public facilities, focusing on wharfs and associated infrastructure.

Main duties include:

  • Developing and managing 10-year asset plans;
  • Fostering strong stakeholder relationships and providing expert advice;
  • Driving continuous improvement of asset management systems and strategy.

This demanding role requires Civil Engineering expertise and formal qualifications, as well as demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure asset management.

You will have strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders and customers, understanding their evolving needs and how this impacts the asset management strategy.
