We are seeking a Revenue Manager to lead our hotel cluster's performance in Central Sydney. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can drive revenue growth, maximise profitability and develop effective revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide revenue management services to our hotel portfolio, driving performance and profitability.
  • Analyse daily hotel reports, revenue management systems and other data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Review and optimise distribution channels for our hotels, ensuring accurate information and optimal positioning.
  • Analyse market performance data to inform revenue strategies and capture market share.
  • Generate weekly demand forecasts and provide reporting and analysis for month-end corporate and channel reporting.
  • Develop and implement pricing, rate restriction, room inventory and sales strategy recommendations based on trends identified through analysis.
  • Manage and review revenue management systems, identifying system changes and critical inputs.
  • Provide revenue management expertise and leadership to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven performance record in revenue management, with experience in managing all market segments and channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with revenue management systems and software, including Opera.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
