We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising Specialist to join Circles Agency

About You:

You're talented, driven, organised, efficient, and attentive to detail. You want to work alongside our tight-knit team in developing and implementing tailored digital strategies for ambitious global fashion & lifestyle e-commerce brands.

Key Details:

  • Split between work-from-home/Gold Coast office
  • Flexible work opportunities for a healthy work/life relationship
  • Located within 100km of Gold Coast & willing to travel to the office when required
  • Full Time or Part Time available (pro rata)
  • Be an integral part of a successful business and collaborate closely with their teams
  • Enjoy a team that's inclusive, friendly, and committed to making work enjoyable

Essential Skills & Expertise:

  • Interest in fashion & lifestyle brands
  • Two Years Experience In an Agency or Media Buying role
  • Highly competent in Meta Ads
  • Experience in Google Ads is preferred, but not required
  • Desire to learn with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute e-commerce-driven campaigns across various Paid Media channels
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing meaningful insights for clients
  • Optimise campaigns for maximum impact and performance
  • Work with brand strategists and founder to develop overall digital strategies for clients
  • Oversee and contribute to the continuous development of our internal marketing
