Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee branch sales targets and implement key strategies for expanding our brand in Australia.

This position will involve working closely with customers, including end-users, mechanical contractors, and builders, to identify new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship management and existing system equipment lifecycle/asset management
  • Solution/consultative selling and understanding End User investment/expansion strategies
  • Estimate and provide professional submissions
  • Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions/product sales
  • Provide total BMCS, MSI, system solutions, promoting our capabilities and extensive product range
  • Build strong relationships with new and potential client base

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions
  • Knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs
  • Experience leading a sales team and proven success within previous sales role
  • Ability to develop and implement budgets
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with ability to sell and develop commercial contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
