
Chief Sales Officer

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee branch sales targets and implement key strategies for expanding our brand in Australia.
This position will involve working closely with customers, including end-users, mechanical contractors, and builders, to identify new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship management and existing system equipment lifecycle/asset management
- Solution/consultative selling and understanding End User investment/expansion strategies
- Estimate and provide professional submissions
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions/product sales
- Provide total BMCS, MSI, system solutions, promoting our capabilities and extensive product range
- Build strong relationships with new and potential client base
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role
- Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions
- Knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs
- Experience leading a sales team and proven success within previous sales role
- Ability to develop and implement budgets
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with ability to sell and develop commercial contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
