**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in our showroom and workshop.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with a diverse group of people
- Is a self-motivated and proactive person who can take initiative and manage multiple tasks
- Has attention to detail and is committed to maintaining a high level of quality
- Enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative environment

The Key Responsibilities:

- Arranging customer order pickups and deliveries
- Answering phone calls and redirecting messages to the sales team where necessary
- Maintaining a tidy workspace and stock control
- Scanning and document management
- General cleaning duties of the office
- Welcoming and engaging with clients on arrival

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with flexible hours available. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and grow with our organization.
