Strategic Sales Leader for Luxury Hotel Sector

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to develop and execute effective sales strategies that maximize revenue potential, while fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities and drive catering revenue through proactive sales approaches.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and contacts to secure group and convention business.
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize revenue performance.
- Monitor progress towards sales targets and adjust actions as necessary.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor practices to ensure the hotel's products and services remain competitive.
- Hold unrestricted full working rights in Australia.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience leading a high-performing sales team within the international luxury hotel sector.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets, contributing to sustained business growth.
- Proficient in industry-standard systems, including but not limited to Delphi, I-Know reporting, and MeetingBroker.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of performing under pressure and managing competing priorities.
