Library Leadership Opportunity
Greta Public School is a vibrant and inclusive school located in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing effective library programs to enhance student learning outcomes;
Evaluating procedures around library budgeting and management for maximum efficiency;
Crafting a stimulating and welcoming library environment for all students;
Implementing and leading public speaking, debating, and/or choir activities to foster creativity and confidence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Approval to teach primary library or currently undertaking/enrolled in Teacher Librarian qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education;
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues to positively impact school-wide learning;
Demonstrated skills in developing and evaluating procedures around library budgeting and management;
Capacity to implement and lead public speaking, debating, and/or choir in addition to other extracurricular activities.
