Job Overview

This role is designed to support governance, compliance, HR, policy, and internal systems in a Darwin-based organization. The Operations Coordinator will focus on coordinating calendars, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining registers and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate organizational logistics for key meetings, including senior staff and governance bodies
  • Prepare agendas, papers, and minutes to support effective and well-documented meetings
  • Maintain WHS, conflicts of interest, and policy update records
  • Draft, edit, and manage internal documents, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate onboarding, recruitment admin, and internal training schedules
  • Liaise with IT providers and maintain digital system access (CRM, SharePoint)
  • Provide reception or inbox support during busy periods or high workloads
Requirements
  • Experience in admin, governance, or HR support, preferably in a purpose-driven setting
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and digital admin systems
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and care
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with board or governance support, policies, and compliance processes
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
